Security
The security of your personal information and credit card details is a high priority. Petmat.com.au uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to ensure that your credit card details are kept secure. An SSL-secure web page may be identified by an unbroken lock or key appearing in the status bar at the bottom of the browser window. The SSLsystem on this website encrypts data so that information is protected during transmission, ensuring that the only people with access to it are yourself and our banking institution, the National Australia Bank. Your credit card information is sent to National Australia Bank‘s Payment Gateway via Stripe for approval, and is not stored in our Website’s database. Stripe is one of the world’s leading payment gateways and provides a highly reputable secure service.
No credit card details are stored on the Dale Ecotech/Pet-Mat server at any time. You can shop on-line at petmat.com.au with the confidence that this is a secure site. Our SSL certificate is provided by GeoTrust
Credit Card Information
Credit card details are NOT stored at www.petmat.com.au. We provide alternatives for payment and if you prefer, you can send your credit card information by fax, telephone or mail. For more information, contact enquiries@petmat.com.au.

All information provided by customers (such as credit card details) is used solely for the purchase of products. Credit card details are NOT stored in any way at petmat.com.au. Dale Ecotech is committed to consumer privacy and confidentiality, and will not distribute consumers’ information (such as e-mail addresses) to a third party under any circumstances (unless we are legally bound by statute to do so). If you believe you have received ‘spam’ e-mail or or unsolicited material from petmat.com.au, please forward the e-mail as an attachment to abuse@petmat.com.au.

Like most online shopping systems, our shopping uses a browser feature called a ‘cookie’. Cookies are small files which are placed on your computer’s hard drive which are used to store small amounts of information (such as the contents of your shopping cart) during your time at petmat.com.au‘s online store. Cookies are not used to access or collect any information on your computer: they are used to enhance and facilitate your online shopping experience.
Warranty
This product is warranted for 12 months from purchase date against faulty workmanship or material. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, animals or incorrect use, will void the warranty. To make a claim, please refer to our ‘Returns Policy’.
Shipping rates and policies
Petmat.com.au uses the Australia Post Registered Mail System (or Australian Post Registered Airmail for international orders) to deliver orders.
Parcels are dispatched the business day after the order is received. Occasionally there may be delays caused by public holidays and Christmas closures, and rarely staff absence.

If your order is likely to be late due to a shortage of stock, or any other reason, we will be in communication with you as soon as possible, after your order is received.
Standard postage within Australia is a flat rate of $11.60 AUD.
Standard postage to New Zealand in $20.00 AUD.
Shipping to rest of world is a flat rate of $36.00 AUD

All orders over $200, regardless of destination, SHIPPING IS FREE.

Express Post is available within Australia for $16.00 AUD.

All parcels will be delivered to the address provided when ordering. Pet Mat will not accept responsibility of delays or issues caused by any incorrect delivery addresses, or partial addresses supplied. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Pet Mat is not responsible for items sent with standard tracking that are lost or stolen, or not received by the customer.
Delivery times
We use Australia Post for domestic and international shipping.

DOMESTIC PARCELS
Domestic parcels are sent using Australia Post standard shipping, unless otherwise specified (for example, you choose and pay for Express Post).

As noted previously, we dispatch your parcel same day or1 business day after order is received. Days in transit and estimated arrival time are dictated by Australia Post delivery schedule.

Standard shipping within Australia is 5-10 business days from lodgement.
Express Post within Australia is 1-2 business days from lodgement depending on destination.
INTERNATIONAL PARCELS
Orders outside Australia are dispatched with Australia Post Registered Airmail.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 10 - 20 business days, although delays may be incurred due to the postal or customs systems of the receiving country. Should your package not arrive within two weeks of your order being placed, please email enquiries@petmat.com.au and we will be in contact with you.
Conversion Rates
All goods are listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). As for the conversion rate at the time of credit card use, the conversion rate of each card issuer at the time of dealings is applied. Visit http://www.xe.net/ucc for daily conversion rates

Please keep in mind that Dale Ecotech aims to offer all customers the highest quality of service possible. However, since we are based in Australia, we comply to Australian standards and regulations, and are unable to guarantee that these regulations are accepted in all other countries. As such, please understand that no responsibility can be taken by our company about any problems generated by our products in countries other than Australia. Dale Ecotech are not responsible for any additional customs or postal fees set by your countries customs laws or postal services.
