Wholesale T&Cs & Returns policy

All wholesale orders must meet the conditions of our wholesale offer. That is:
  • Wholesale orders must include a minimum of 3 mats (any size or combination of sizes)
  • You must include a current ABN number with your order (please add to notes when placing order)
  • Order must include a valid Australian retail business address (if different from shipping address)
  • Shipping address must be within Australia.
Orders that do not meet these criteria will not be processed.
Please email for all stock enquiries and or returns. We will reply to your query between 9 and 4 on weekdays and usually respond same day or within 24 hours.
We check each and every Pet Mat before sending, to ensure the mats are in perfect working condition. In the unusual event that Pet Mat is not working on receipt, please contact us as soon as possible after opening.​ Returns must be communicated to Dale Ecotech within 14 days of dispatch, or discovery of a fault in the goods.

Dale Ecotech will authorise a return if the goods are found to be faulty at the time of supply. Returns will only be accepted by a company representative and postage must be paid by the customer.

If the product is found to have a manufacture fault, Dale Ecotech will replace the product free of charge. If the fault is found to be caused from misuse, or normal wear and tear, it will not be covered by the free replacement clause.

If the mat has been sent back to us under the assumption of a manufacture fault, and is found to be functioning, it will be sent back to you.

Any ‘change of mind’ returns will not be permitted, as per the ACCC ‘consumer guarantee’ guidelines. Mats that have been obviously used or exposed to wear and tear will not be accepted for refund.

Dale Ecotech will provide a replacement for returned goods only if a copy of the packing slip, invoice, or documentation showing the customer’s name, date of purchase and a notation clearly stating the reason for return is supplied.
